To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a grant of an easement to NStar Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy, its sucessors and assigns ("Eversource") to install, operate and maintain a substation on, underneath and within the entirety of the premises identified as Parcel 11-3-C adjacent to 51 Prospect Street, Somerville, MA, as further described in the attached easement document.
Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
