The Economic Development Director respectfully conveys to this Council a Request for Qualifications and accompanying memorandum on the 90 Washington Street Demonstration Project Plan for review by the City Council, following approval from the Somerville Redevelopment Authority which was received on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.
