To the Honorable City Council:
The Acting Director of Economic Development and the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development request that staff appear before the Council to provide an update on the status of the Winter Hill Urban Renewal Plan.
Staff will also discuss tools for financing affordable housing that may be appropriate to support the implementation of the plan.
Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
